Qualified teacher, PGCE, trained in group facilitation.

Mum of 3 autistic, dyslexic and sensory sometime school avoiding & anxious pre/ teens. Parent since 2006!

I specialise in supporting parents whose children have extra education and health needs. I teach focus on your wellbeing so you have energy to connect with your special child.

I’m trained in the Son Rise® Programme 1-1 play therapy. We actively loved and accepted our son through challenging years, joining and following his motivations, and trained helpers in this approach for 5 years. He is now a teenager attending mainstream school.
